Forgive us if we're jumping the gun EA. You guys may be adding this part right now. Its just that we've been asking for this for awhile and every vid that comes out doesnt show it.|||If you look at the last video that was shown the 3 fights,Rua vs cant remember, Le vs Smith and Bas vs Shamrock they all have refs in it but it doesn't show what happens when someone gets ko'ed. I think from that video(could very well be changed final release) that the refs do nothing when it comes to ko's or tko's. They get some what involved but not a whole lot. Though that was from nearly a month and a half ago I think it was the e3 build with a ref in it.
Doesn't seem like the ref does a lot SO FAR. That could very well change. It seems JUST before the Ko it switches to a cut scene|||refs jumping in is huge deal to me.. without it the game realism will suffer big time.. also some fighters dont know when to stop.. hendo :)|||

You're missing the point. Like Hendo WE want to choose to stop. We dont want the game to choose for us.

Yeah when Rua rockes the other guy and jumps on top of him the ref didnt respond. He just stood there. He's suppose to come running in and getting in position to stop it and the splatter sound from those GnP punches sounded kinda weird. It also switched to a cut scene of Rua walking away. Why cant it all be seemless?
In the next fight when BJM says "lets get it on" its a cutscene that then switches to the fight. Why? Then when Cung KO's Smith with the head kick it switches to a cut scene. Thats what we DONT want. we want to kick the guy in the head and when he falss (wether KO'd or not) and pound on him until he recovers or BJM tackles us off of him. Please take the games recognition of the KO out EA. Make the game react to the ref not the KO itself.
|||I hope its in because we've been asking for this since the beginning of the EA MMA forums basically.|||I think they´re making that part right now, so they don´t want to show unfinished referee parts. So the clips where the ref is visible are the "ready" ones. Also the japanese ref moves just like big john so they´ve not added his moves to the build we´ve seen.|||

Good job so far but that would be a great addition and I feel the game NEEDS it :)|||EA!!!! Please please please add this feature, you have nailed everything so far and this would make my experience that much better. Ref stoppage is a VITAL part of the realism in MMA, and if your not going for a realistic goal then what are you trying to do.
You would make my day with this small feature that would take a couple hours to tweak. :)
