yeah i know size might be an issue, but toss in a pair of size L and you'd cover a majority of folk.|||I would love it.|||NJET! That would cost waaaaay too much. They should just get a bunch of cheap blackbelts and put the EA brand on em.|||I was thinking something along the lines of a steelbook and/or an autographed card with Fedor (and Randy if he's also on the cover).
|||MMA gloves would be way too expensive.|||MW2 gave out night vision glasses.....extra $100 or some thing.....gloves are $50 for decent or something....so its not really that bad of an idea =]
|||Kinda useless. People have different sized hands so they can never make everyone happy. I dont think I would throw extra money for some gloves. If I were to need them, I would just buy them.
I like special editions but I dont think I would buy this one..|||useless? expensive? top brand gloves are 50-60 , and for size, like I said l/xl size gloves would cover most, I just bought some hayabusa gloves that fit for both large and xl. and I'm thinking more of something as a collectors item, like most of those special edition sets.. remember the halo3 helmets? they weren't wearable.
I like the autograph idea too, imagine ea mma gloves.., one autographed by fedor, the other by couture.|||

Right because everyone fits extra large gloves...
And I'd rather just buy some gloves from a decent brand than wear EA SPORTS ones. Why would you even want a collectors item from EA MMA, which probably will not actually be as good as you think it will.|||If they make a special edition it should feature
- Silver Slip cover
- 2 posters, signed buy various fighters in the game.
- DVD featuring the '' Making of'', Behind the scenes footage ,Fighter Interveiws, Developer Diary, In studio sessions with the fighters (Jacare, King Mo, Mayhem etc)
- EA Sports Shirt/Trunks
|||Best Idea would be
a Strike force or dream DVD or something...
or poster probably....or piece of fedors hair.|||

Yeah you do realize that EA MMA won't sell a quarter of what MW2 sold right?|||

That is a terrible comparison. MW2 had the largest media launch in history with something like 7 million copies sold in one day in the US and UK alone, and most retailers were sold out of the Prestige Edition (goggles) before noon.
That game was a best-seller based on pre-orders alone, and Activision can afford to give out pricey incentives since they know they will sell.
EA Sports MMA is not in the same league as far as projected sales are concerned. Despite EA Sports loyalty and MMA fans, this is a brand new IP being released not too long after UFC Undsputed 2010, which sold over 3 million copies last year and has the UFC brand name and marketing.
|||u can get ufc replica gloves at most sporting good store's for $30, but i dont think its a good idea for a special edition
i like the silver slip cover idea with a behind the scenes dvd, that would be pretty sick|||A special edition should just come with a mini 2lb. kettlebell with instructions on how to smash your ufc 2010 disc into a million pieces with it. :)
