Yes, to an extent this will be in the game. In the sense that their is a mode in which you battle to get the belt but it is no where near as competitive as an Online League. Online MMA offers a lot more features than the normal OWC mode that will be in the game.
Online MMA is an EA MMA only league after everyone realised UFC Undisputed sucks.

Oh alright thanks for the info :) I guess i will probably get the game first and perhaps try and win the belt online through Live broadcast or some other variant.

Wont what be in the game already? There will be no K-1 mode or camp battle mode in EA MMA. You cant even create a camp in EA MMA. You could on our site tho. There will be multiple leagues to compete in on the site like in the game but on the site you will be competing against real ppl not the CPU. We are the only EA MMA exclusive league. All these other leagues were UFC only and alot of them bashed EA MMA. Now that Undisputed failed they're jumping on the bandwagon. lol Come check us out. You can join now or wait til the game comes out.|||The UFF and Online MMA are turning out to be the top looking leagues for EA MMA.
