Pre-release gripes(Discussion)

**The point of this thread is to keep the arguments and complaining out of other threads and so we can TALK about the problems we have from the info about the full game we've received**
All right, so after watching the videos that have been posted and reading all the comments from people that already have it, I have some things I'm not very happy about...
1.)CAF-Very disappointed in how limited it seems. Especially disappointed in the tattoos...even in UFC 2010 you could at least move your tattoos even though they were *...
2.)No uniqueness in striking-From what I've read(hopefully, I'm wrong), there are very few fighters that actually fight like the fighters.
3.)Presentation-EFFING HORRIBLE. This pissed me off SO MUCH in the demo, I was hoping they would fix it in the full game but...nope. If you weren't recording the fight from the start then you missed the finish because the three highlights at the end don't show anything. Also, the whole ring girl placement is weird as hell and not every fighter shadowboxes as their names are called. I know this one doesn't really matter because it's just something that doesn't affect actual gameplay but it makes them look really amateurish.
4.)No online stat screen-From what I've read, it actually is impossible to make a Super CAF, so I'm not so worried about this one but it would have been nice to have just so they wouldn't have to patch it in later if they do end up needing it.
I hope there isn't a thread already made like this one after I post this.|||1) Like I said in another thread, I'm not going to judge the CAF mode until I get my hands on it. There will be a lot of people who will be able to make some pretty incredible fighters for fighter share regardless of how good or bad it is.
2) Not sure what you're reading, but from what I've read, all the fighters fight like they're real life counterparts with the exception of some kick animations. Strikers try to keep the fight standing up, submission specialists try to go to the ground, guys that like to GnP will GnP. They have custom stances, jab animations, and special moves to differentiate the fighters even further.
3) Can't say anything about presentation as I haven't gotten my hands on the final product yet. My expectations aren't very high since this is their first outing and after the first 3 or 4 times I'll be skipping through them anyway.
4) It's true your stats are limited. If you're using a career create-a-fighter there are caps on each attribute based on your base fighting style. If you're using a regular create-a-fighter you get 2000 attribute points to shape your fighters skills the way you want. I think during the fighter select screen online you will be able to see both fighters ratings in the 5 main categories, which should give you a good enough idea what your up against.|||No sliders. Thats a big one, especially if the AI is still busted.|||I think I'm going to hold off on my gripes until I spend time with the full game myself. That way I can really get down to the nitty gritty of what is good, and what is bad.
Criticizing something before I actually try it myself seems kind counter-intuitive. But this is the internet, where entitlement reigns supreme.
