create a organization

i dont know if i will buy ea sports mma if it only having carreer mode and exhibition i would like like to see create a
orginization my ideas for are
1.obviously a name and be able to put name on gloves center of ring etc.
2 have a mode option if you choose easy you have more money to start with than you would if you was on hard mode
3.start with 1 or two names
4.i see you have put in fighter share so be able to put them in
5. with created fighters have rival brands attempt to sign your stars or offer you trades
6. free agents created and licensed fighters
7.pick your rule set
8. make your own championship belts
